This transformation allows us to react even faster and more effectively to the dynamic requirements of the market &#8211; a milestone in our company&#8217;s development. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>FlexCo: The innovative legal form of the future<br \/><\/b>The introduction of FlexCo was made possible by the Flexible Capital Company Act (FlexKapGG), which came into force on December 15, 2023.
